We’re excited to share the completion of the new L’Oréal KSA Headquarters & Academy in Jeddah; a landmark project delivered in close collaboration with L’Oréal and JLL. The success of this 2,200 sqm project was a direct result of the strong leadership and shared vision between all three teams. This approach allowed us to navigate complex logistics and maintain high-tier quality across every square meter, ensuring the delivery of a workspace that met every requirement on schedule.
The project brings together a sleek 1,800 sqm corporate office for over 130 employees and a specialized 400 sqm space for L’Oréal Academy focused on advanced education and training in the latest hair beauty and cosmetic technologies. This wasn’t just a standard office fit-out; it was about creating a high-performance environment that meets LEED Gold standards, making sure the workspace is as sustainable and efficient as it is sophisticated.
True to our commitment to speedy quality, the project moved from the first day on-site on the 12th of December 2026 to final completion by the end of February. Over the course of just 78 days, a dedicated team of 8 Recchie members led and coordinated a workforce of 150 people, maintaining absolute precision and high-tier finishes across every square meter.
We transformed the space by focusing on:
- Zoned Workplace Design: A 1,800 sqm corporate layout that balances modern minimalism with collaborative areas to support a large team.
- Specialized Training Infrastructure: A 400 sqm immersive Academy built to handle the technical requirements of modern cosmetic education.
- Employee Well-being: A high-performance environment built to LEED Gold standards, focusing on acoustic comfort, CO2 detection, and constant fresh air circulation.
- Modern Brand Identity: A clean, refined aesthetic that reflects L’Oréal’s global reputation for innovation and excellence.
From the initial concept development to the final handover, this headquarters stands as a testament to what can be achieved when expert teams collaborate. It highlights Recchie’s ability to deliver large-scale, specialized environments that prioritize both human wellness and brand prestige.
