Critical Function: Integral to design and build services, the committee plays a crucial role in design review and management, with a focus on the pivotal concept design phase.
Diverse Expertise: Comprising members from various backgrounds, including external professionals, the committee brings diverse perspectives to enhance the design and engineering process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT STEERING
Key Leadership: Steering major projects, the committee consists of the COO, Project Director, and another senior member from Recchie.
Strategic Oversight: Tasked with guiding projects to success, the committee focuses on navigating complexities common in construction projects, ensuring direction alignment, and resolving stakeholder issues effectively.
